Services
Private Prescription
Our private prescription service works by allowing you convenient and discreet access to a private prescription via a short online consultation with a doctor (for a fee) after which you then have an option to receive an electronic prescription (for you to purchase medication at your chosen pharmacy) or have your medication seamlessly delivered directly to you via our designated pharmacy.
Ask a Doctor
Mytano offers a service which allows you to ask a GMC registered doctor a question about medical matters (see below for patient safety exclusions).
During the consultation, the doctor will engage with you and tailor suitable medical advice. Our doctors can also provide prescriptions and referrals (if the circumstances are appropriate in the virtual environment).
If a prescription or referral is offered, further fees apply, but you are under no obligation to proceed with any additional fees beyond the consultation fee.
This service must NOT be used for medical emergencies.
